Refund & Return Policy

At Iftiyer's Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order for perishable items (vegetables, fruits, dairy, frozen food). For non-perishable items (cleaning supplies, personal care, packaged goods), you may return within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received (for non-perishables)
• Be in its original packaging with all accessories
• Be accompanied by the order invoice or order confirmation

3. Damaged, Expired, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost — including delivery charges.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Perishable items reported after 24 hours
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery
• Consumables that have been opened or partially used
• Products without original packaging or invoice

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@iftiyerstore.com or via WhatsApp
2. Provide your order number and reason for return with photos
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide instructions for returning the item

6. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via:

• Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer
• Online payments: Refunded to original payment method

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or expired item).

8. Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the same return process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and any price difference.
