Iftiyer's Store is a grocery and daily-essentials retailer based in Mymensingh, Bangladesh. Trade License No. 2025-03826. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, minor variations may exist. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product images are for reference purposes; actual packaging may differ.

3. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payment refunded in full.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payments through our payment partners. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery (for COD) or at the time of order (for online payments).

5. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout. Standard delivery is within 2–5 working days depending on your location. Delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, transport strikes, etc.) are not our responsibility. Delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

6. Product Freshness

All perishable items are sourced fresh and packed with care. If you receive any product that is damaged, expired, or below standard, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Iftiyer's Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mymensingh.
